Day 43: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had six ounces of lemonade. And, for lunch, I had a large orange.

For dinner, we had tuna fish. I ate five ounces of tuna fish, ten saltine crackers, six BabyBel miniature cheese, a half package of barbecue Lay’s chips, three cookies, Ginger Ale soda (12 ounces), and peaches and cream yogurt from Braum’s, and three white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. I also had a large banana.

Today, I walked Boomer around the neighborhood for seventeen minutes.

Day 42: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Happy Hump Day! This morning, I had lemonade (6 ounces) and sunflower seeds. For lunch, I had a large orange.

Dinner was fantastic. I had two salmon croquettes, cucumbers, squash (1/2 cups), barbecue baked beans (75 grams), a cup of turnip greens, two pieces of Babybel cheddar cheese, and a Ginger Ale limeade soda. For dessert, I had peach cobbler and two macadamia nut cookies. I walked during lunch for 13 minutes in the afternoon. I walked Boomer after dinner for 1 hour and 5 minutes.

Day 41: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today was a nice, cool day, I had a half a cup of dry Cheerios for breakfast. Throughout the afternoon, I had four cups of water, and two cups of salad greens.

For dinner, Diana cooked breakfast food, pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon. I had three small 4-inch pancakes, two scrambled eggs with maple syrup (1/2 tablespoon), one and a half pieces of bacon, one piece of peach cobbler, a half package of barbecue potato chips, ginger ale, and ¼ chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies.

For walking, I walked Boomer in the evening for an hour and six minutes. I walked Boomer again, earlier during lunch for ten minutes. And, I walked at my grandparents’ house for 27 minutes.

Day 40: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, we had severe weather. I had Greek yogurt, water, and an orange for breakfast. Cheerios (dry) for lunch. And, for dinner, I had a small yogurt twist on a waffle cone, one half crispy chicken salad with ranch, and six ounces of cottage cheese. I had two saltine crackers. I also didn’t exercise today.

Day 39: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today is yet another day. I didn’t get a chance to walk Boomer, because I felt so sore the night before. I had a banana, ½ slice of provolone cheese, three Sweet and Sour pickle slices, and some Greek yogurt (plain/non-fat).

For dinner, my plate was mainly vegetables. I had bread (1/2 pieces), one cup of squash, 10 slices of cucumber, ½ cup of sweet potatoes, a serving of Wild Alaskan Salmon, 1/5 cups of cabbage with a little andouille sausage. For dessert, I had a ½ piece of peach cobbler and two white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. For my snack, I had two Babybel white cheddar cheese. My drink consisted of Ginger Ale soda.

Today, I walked for thirty minutes around my grandmother’s neighborhood. And, I pushed the heavy exercise bike in the house for 15 minutes.

Day 38: Coronavirus Weight Loss

I went to my grandparents’ house and ate provolone cheese, chicken francois, a ham, turkey, and cheese sandwich, sweet pickles, and a medium banana.

Earlier, I walked Boomer around my neighborhood for 3.1 miles. At my grandparents’ house, I walked for 2.3 miles around the neighborhood for 30 minutes.

Day 37: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today is Friday! The first day of the month! I had a lemon and cream yogurt this morning. And, the yogurt filled my cravings.

Also, I had a snack of peaches and cream yogurt. For dinner, my aunt bought food from Swadley’s Barbecue. I had a barbecue brisket sandwich, small macaroni and cheese, and fried okra. I also had cranberry juice (7 ounces) and chicken francois salad. For dessert, I had a chocolate bourbon pie from Kamp’s. in the evening, I walked 2.3 miles for 26 minutes at my grandparent’s house.

Day 36: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I weighed myself. And, I weigh 270.9 pounds. Almost pound above the borderline of the 270 range. I had Green Tea with Mint this morning. And, for lunch, I had a medium orange.

For dinner, I had a sandwich with two types of turkey and ham on wheat bread with mayonnaise and provolone cheese along with regular cheese. I had a small amount of Barbecue Lay’s and cranberry juice (7 ounces). For a snack, I had a medium banana. I walked Boomer after work for one hour and at lunch for 15 minutes.

Day 35: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had Blueberry Slim Tea. At lunch, I had the rest of my salad from yesterday’s Braum’s meal and a large orange. For dinner, Diana cooked wild salmon, green beans, and a baked potato. I put mixed cheese (3/10 cups) and ranch dressing on the baked potato. I also had seedless raisins and cranberry juice (seven ounces). For a late-night snack, I had Cheerios and sunflower seeds. I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 15 minutes after work and 10 minutes during my lunch break.

Day 34: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, we had bad weather. I didn’t get to exercise today. I had Slim Tea – which is Blueberry Green Tea. That didn’t have any calories. For lunch, I had a large orange. For dinner, I had 2% cottage cheese, crispy chicken salad, and a small yogurt twist on a waffle cone from Braum’s.
