I am so happy that it is Friday! The world gains an hour on Sunday morning. And, yesterday, I began my workout routine (on Halloween of all days). Yesterday, I felt bad. Because I went off on my diet. We had a chili-themed cookout. And, I didn’t place any limits on my eating.
Instead of one bowl of chili, I ate two bowls. I need to work on my limits on eating. Oh, and the sweets did not help at all!
At work, I felt bad. As a result, I went to the gym. Halloween was the first day I went back to the gym in a long time. This was mainly due to time and work. You have to make time in order to have time for results.
I thought I would be shamed by the trainers. But, I wasn’t. I am testing out the treadmill. It has been a while since I have been on the treadmill. I challenged myself by walking on the treadmill 3.34 miles in 65 minutes! Yesterday taught me a lesson to not focus on food as a friend. I also needed to put an alternative to food. I have many options to use as a substitute.
Today, post-Halloween, I rejected the candy. And, I was dedicated to my workout on Halloween.
Today, I weighed on the manual scale. I decided to do the manual scale at the gym, since it has the best results. Also, my other scale has been acting up. I weighed in at 265.8. I lost 5.9 pounds since my last weigh in!
Today, I walked on the treadmill with a 1.0 – 2.0 incline. And, I walked 2.96 miles in 65 minutes! I like to change things up. Also, today, I got a SUBWAY meatball marinara footlong sub sandwich. It tasted good. But, I might try some of the other sandwiches that are $4.99.
