Happy Tuesday, everyone! This is Jennifer. And, I have been on a slump, recently. I have been following my temptations by eating a lot of Halloween cookies with icing. And, they have thwarted my diet. This was bad. And, my habits were getting out of hand. So, I need to focus on the good things, like drinking water and Crystal Light.
So, I weighed myself on a scale (not at my grandparents). This is the same scale that I weighed in on before (271.7 pounds). And, I weighed at 267.4 pounds. So, I have lost a total of 4.3 pounds in two weeks.
The lowest I had weighed was around 266.9. But, I need to quit being so obsessive about my weight. I usually weigh in every day. However, I am allowing myself to weigh in every week this time. This is because the body can change a lot in a day. For example, I lost 2 pounds today, from what I weighed in early in the morning to this evening, all because I drank a gallon of water. Remind me to detail the benefits of water in a later post.
But, here’s the good news. I went to 10GYM yesterday, and walked 3.09 miles on the treadmill for 65 minutes. I just had to take a rest day and talk to all of you.
By next year, I would like to wear boots for fall and winter, or wear a two piece for a tropical vacation. I hope that cookies won’t cut my goals. I have so much to share. Be sure to bookmark this site to check in on updates! Tomorrow starts Week 2! Looking forward to it!
