Last week, because of the weather, I didn’t exercise that much. I binged a lot on pizza and other bad foods in the last two weeks.
Along with binging on pumpkin coffee creamer for my coffee at work, I decided that today, I would make a change. Along with that, and some bad eating choices, I am worried about my weight. I weighed 259 pounds about a week ago.
Today, after work, I went to 10GYM in Edmond. It was the first time I went to the gym in almost two weeks, due to the weather. I exercised 65 minutes for 3.24 miles. I thought I couldn’t do it, but I distracted myself by watching television on the machine. I look forward to exercising this week. And, getting the pounds off. Would like to hear your comments and suggestions!
