Today, I spent time with my family. We had tacos and cheese dip. I had taco salad with cheese dip and beef. Later, I decided to go walking around the neighborhood with Sam, the neighborhood dog. I walked 2.1 miles around the neighborhood in 40 or so minutes. That is great, considering I haven’t walked in a long time, due to work.
You can’t make any excuses to not workout. The weight is easy to gain, but difficult to come off. Whenever I worked retail, I lost 50 pounds in 9 months. And, I was eating regularly. And, I didn’t have a diet plan. The weight just came off. The lowest I have been was 242.2 pounds at the doctor. I couldn’t believe it. This was in October 8, 2019. After I changed jobs, I gained my weight back. And, I didn’t go to the gym. I ate a lot at parties at work. And, I ate so much during my birthday week. Yet, looking back, I ate a lot for my birthday. I ate a dessert that was over 1,000 calories. But, I saved my week up for the treat. And, with Thanksgiving and Christmas, as well as New Years, I have an unhealthy relationship with food due to past events. Thank you for reading.
