It is the end of March. And, I weighed myself today. I weighed 274.3 pounds. But, two weeks ago, I weighed 287.2 pounds. In total, I lost 12.9 pounds. So, that is still a significant loss.
I believe that I lost my gain from today by avoiding sweets. Maybe it is because of water weight. I don’t know. I don’t want to gain all of the weight I lost.
I walked one hour and twenty-nine minutes today both at my grandparents’ house and in my neighborhood. I walked around five miles.
