Day 11: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today is the end of the weekend. I went walking with Boomer this morning all around the neighborhood. We had a good walk that was 3.2 miles long.

Later, I walked alone at my grandparents’ neighborhood. What is different between my neighborhood’s walking path and my grandparents neighborhood’s walking path is that my grandparents neighborhood has a lot of hills. So, walking there is challenging, because the hills are big. This one hill is huge. I am trying to build up to the hill. Maybe I can walk the hill next month, but I have been walking two times a day. And, today, I walked 5.7 miles.

Today, I weighed 259.2 pounds.

I didn’t lose a lot of weight, because of eating the cookies. I had five total cookies in two days. Someone in my family took the last cookie. Thank goodness. My mother and my uncle went to Sam’s Club and bought some more cookies. And, I ate one cookie. I am trying to avoid sweets this week. It is hard, but I am going to take everything day by day. Thanks for reading.
