Today, for breakfast, I had 10 Fig Newtons and six teaspoons of Greek yogurt. For lunch, I had 10 teaspoons of cottage cheese and Coke Zero.
For dinner, I had two cups of green beans, a pork chop, and a baked potato with shredded cheese and ranch. I also had a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie.
I walked Boomer for seventeen minutes during lunch. And, I walked for one hour and fifteen minutes after dinner.
