Day 14: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I had Greek yogurt, a mandarin orange, and a Coke Zero soda. I also had for a snack, barbecue chips.

For dinner, I had 12 fried shrimp, Sprite, water, salad, French fries, and stir fry.

I walked Boomer for 21 minutes for lunch. And, I walked Boomer again for 42 minutes after work.
