Day 16: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I had twelve ounces of water for breakfast. For lunch, I had breaded shrimp, salad greens with Italian dressing, and Coke Zero. For dinner, I had lasagna, salad greens, and stir fry.

Today, I walked for 30 minutes after work. And, I walked Boomer for 47 minutes.
