Day 20: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, for breakfast, I had cottage cheese and water. I also had strawberry cake for a snack. For dinner, I had French fries (kid’s portion), hamburger, ¼ apple slices, a cup of milk (1%) from McDonald’s. I also had pancakes, bacon, eggs, and a banana.

I walked Boomer during lunch for 25 minutes. I cleaned for 10 minutes. And, I walked in the afternoon for 55 minutes.
