Day 21: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, for breakfast, I had 4% milkfat cottage cheese, six cups of water, Coke Zero, a banana, strawberry cake, and small French fries. I also had a Braum’s crispy chicken salad with ranch dressing and had a cup of cottage cheese (nonfat).

I walked Boomer for 35 minutes in the evening. And, I walked at my grandparents’ house for 35 minutes (2 miles).
