Day 22: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had five teaspoons of cottage cheese, a fortune cookie from last night, and four saltine crackers.

For dinner, I had spaghetti with meat sauce, salad with ranch dressing, shredded cheese, polish sausage, and strawberry cake. I didn’t exercise today.
