For breakfast, I had water. For lunch, I had five slices of cinnamon swirl bread. For dinner, I had a keto taco salad with sour cream. I also had a separate salad with half a tablespoon of blue cheese dressing. I also had barbecue baked beans. For a snack, I had a banana.
I exercised by walking Boomer for one hour and ten minutes. I cleaned for 15 minutes. And, I walked again for 29 minutes at my grandparents’ house.
