Day 28: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Wednesday is hump day! Today, I had Greek yogurt (10 tablespoons). I had coconut cream pie for dessert. I had eight Tostitos tortilla chips and 2/3 cups of nacho cheese dip. 

For dinner, I had a ham, turkey, cheddar cheese sandwich. Later on, I had Lay’s barbecue chips (2/3 bag full). I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 10 minutes for three miles.
