Day 29: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had seven teaspoons of Greek yogurt. For lunch, I had a small banana. Dinner was one of my favorite meals – tuna fish. Tuna contains plenty of protein. I had a tuna fish sandwich with cheese. Later on, I came back for half a sandwich and for eight saltine crackers and three ounces of tuna fish. Aunt Diana made so much tuna fish, that I took some home with me. For sides, I had five teaspoons of cottage cheese, and two sides of peaches from Braum’s. I also had three snickerdoodle cookies from Braum’s.

For exercise, I walked Boomer in the evening for one hour and four minutes. I also got on the bike for 28 minutes after I ate the snickerdoodle cookies. I also went home and did 15 minutes of tidying up.
