This morning, I had Greek yogurt. For lunch, I had an orange, a small amount of tuna fish salad, and a cup of white rice. For a drink, I had water and 7.5 ounces of Coke Zero. For dinner, I did bad with the carbs. I had three ounces of macaroni and cheese, two tablespoons of cottage cheese, three sweet rolls, and three snickerdoodle cookies.
I also walked at my grandmother’s house 2.3 miles in 30 minutes.
What I need to do is increase my protein. And, in turn, lower my fat and carbohydrate levels. I have been eating way too many cookies, sweets, and starches. Thus, I hampered my weight loss plan this week.
