Day 31: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, Boomer woke me up to go out for a walk. I walked him for an hour for 3.1 miles around the neighborhood. When I came back, I rested from walking a little bit.

Later, I went to my grandparents’ house. At my grandparents’ house, my aunt and my mother were preparing for Sunday dinner. We didn’t have anything for dinner, except ribs, macaroni and cheese, and barbecue baked beans. Instead, I wanted to be on a health kick.

Later, I walked 2.3 miles around the neighborhood. In total, I walked 5.4 miles today.

I had a crispy chicken salad from Braum’s today along with cottage cheese (6 oz.). For my drink, I had water.

I weighed myself early this morning. And, I weighed 274.1 pounds. So, guess some is that is muscle. Let me know what you think.
