Day 32: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I weighed myself. And, I weighed 272.5 pounds. So, I have lost 1.7 pounds from yesterday.

Today, I also ate pinto beans, cucumbers, garden salad with ranch, slice of cornbread, and half a catfish fillet.

We watched Jumping the Broom. I looked at the part of the movie, where the friend was swimming and jumped in the pool. She had box braids, and her figure looked excellent. That motivated me to walk around my grandparents’ neighborhood after I ate my dinner.

I also walked 20 minutes at home in my neighborhood. I noticed that many more people are walking around the neighborhood. I also had Greek yogurt (1.5 Tablespoons) and a medium orange for a snack.

The only downside that I would complain about occurred this morning. This morning, I binge ate six pieces of cinnamon raisin bread. And, I drank a cup of orange juice. The slices of bread were 100 calories each. I guess my body craved carbs.
