Day 33: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today was a very stressful day. I had to work a long shift. And, it caused me to overeat. I ate the rest of my cinnamon bread (four slices at 100 calories each). In total, the amount was 400 calories. I also ate two cups of Cheerios (in the yellow box – original) for lunch without milk.

I went to my grandparents’ house where I had cucumbers, pinto beans, wild salmon with tartar sauce, cranberry juice, and a slice of corn bread. For dessert, I had a banana. And, for a late-night snack, I had a large orange (90 calories). I walked this afternoon around my grandparents’ neighborhood for 2.3 miles.

I weighed 272 pounds on my grandfather’s analog scale. The scale is accurate. I weighed 272.5 the day before. I just wanted to see if my scale was accurate. I have been on this journey for almost five weeks, and I have lost 15 pounds. Thanks for reading.
