Day 35: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had Blueberry Slim Tea. At lunch, I had the rest of my salad from yesterday’s Braum’s meal and a large orange.

For dinner, Diana cooked wild salmon, green beans, and a baked potato. I put mixed cheese (3/10 cups) and ranch dressing on the baked potato. I also had seedless raisins and cranberry juice (seven ounces). For a late-night snack, I had Cheerios and sunflower seeds.

I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 15 minutes after work and 10 minutes during my lunch break.
