Day 36: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I weighed myself. And, I weigh 270.9 pounds. Almost pound above the borderline of the 260 range.

I had Green Tea with Mint this morning. And, for lunch, I had a medium orange.

For dinner, I had a sandwich with two types of turkey and ham on wheat bread with mayonnaise and provolone cheese along with regular cheese. I had a small amount of Barbecue Lay’s and cranberry juice (7 ounces). For a snack, I had a medium banana. I walked Boomer after work for one hour and at lunch for 15 minutes.
