Day 41: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today was a nice, cool day, I had a half a cup of dry Cheerios for breakfast. Throughout the afternoon, I had four cups of water, and two cups of salad greens.

For dinner, Aunt Diana cooked breakfast food, pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon. I had three small 4-inch pancakes, two scrambled eggs with maple syrup (1/2 tablespoon), one and a half pieces of bacon, one piece of peach cobbler, a half package of barbecue potato chips, ginger ale, and ¼ chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies.

For walking, I walked Boomer in the evening for an hour and six minutes. I walked Boomer again, earlier during lunch for ten minutes. And, I walked at my grandparents’ house for 27 minutes.
