Happy Hump Day! This morning, I had lemonade (6 ounces) and sunflower seeds. For lunch, I had a large orange.
Dinner was fantastic. I had two salmon croquettes, cucumbers, squash (1/2 cups), barbecue baked beans (75 grams), a cup of turnip greens, two pieces of Babybel cheddar cheese, and a Canada Dry Ginger Ale limeade soda. For dessert, I had peach cobbler and 2 macadamia nut cookies.
I walked during lunch for 13 minutes in the afternoon. I walked Boomer after dinner for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
