Day 44: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had a large banana and nine seedless green grapes. For lunch, I had yellow sliced squash.

For dinner, I had Italian spaghetti with Polish Sausage. I had one and a half ounces of Polish Sausage, one small cup of spaghetti with meat sauce with white and cheddar cheese, water, and two white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. For a snack, I had two ounces of tuna fish and a Canada Dry Ginger Ale soda.

I walked Boomer during lunch for ten minutes. I bicycled after work for ten minutes. And, I walked around my grandparents’ house for 32 minutes.
