Day 46: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today is Mother’s Day. This is the first day I decided to portion control. Early this morning, I had four Buffalo pinwheels, a protein bar, as well as a strawberry and cream yogurt.

When I got to my grandparents’ house, I ate a medium banana. For dinner, I had potato salad, 1 ounce of baked beans, ¾ slices of pound cake, ¼ cups of green beans, ½ cups of fruit salad, and a cheese burger. Later as a snack, I had cottage cheese (5 teaspoons). I also had low calorie Fruit Punch (32 ounces) for a drink.

Today, I walked three times. I walked 2.3 miles around my grandparents’ neighborhood in 29 minutes. I walked into Walmart for 10 minutes. And, I walked Boomer for 56 minutes.
