Day 48: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had four ounces of cottage cheese and six ounces of lemonade. Unfortunately, I binged on three protein bars from last night and today. I didn’t eat lunch.

For dinner, I had a half a cup of pork and beans, a half cup of potato salad, almost two slices of pound cake, a hamburger patty (three ounces), peaches and cream yogurt, three ounces of cottage cheese.

I walked Boomer around my neighborhood for lunch. And, I walked around my grandparents’ house for 30 minutes for 2.3 miles.
