Day 49: Coronavirus Weight Loss

It has been two months since my grandmother passed away. What better way to remember her than to lose weight! She had promised me when she was alive that if I get to my goal weight (120 pounds) that she would buy me clothes from Dillard’s. Now, I am losing serious weight with my weight loss, because my grandfather said the same thing.

For breakfast, I had two protein bars, nonfat Greek yogurt, and cottage cheese. Lots of protein! For lunch, I had water. Afterwards, at dinner, I had all sorts of stuff. One cup of chicken noodle soup, one cup of spaghetti, two white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, mixed cheese, and sliced cheddar to go on my spaghetti, and a banana, and a hamburger patty. For snacks, I had yogurt and nonfat Greek yogurt. I also had lemonade.

Today, I walked Boomer for fifteen minutes during lunch. And, thirty-five minutes around the neighborhood.
