Today was a light day. I had to work late. So, I had a protein bar for breakfast. For lunch, I had spaghetti with meat sauce (1 cup) and 12 ounces of Ginger Ale. I had a protein bar for a snack.
I walked Boomer for fifteen minutes during lunch. And, I walked him one hour and fifteen minutes after work. I did house cleaning for thirty-five minutes, folding up clothes. I am staying strong with my weight loss journey.
