I can’t believe fifty-one days have passed since I have started my weight loss journey after my grandmother passed away almost two months ago. This has been a difficult experience for me. And, walking really did help me relax along with memories of my grandmother.
Today is Friday, near the end of the week. For breakfast, I had eight teaspoons of cottage cheese and five ounces of lemonade.
At lunch, I walked Boomer for fifteen minutes. Later, I had a medium orange.
For dinner, my Aunt Diana made tuna fish. I had a tuna fish sandwich, tuna fish with saltine crackers, two white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. I also had a banana and some Greek yogurt. I also walked Boomer for 11 minutes, when I got home.
