Day 52: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I had eight teaspoons of 4% cottage cheese and spaghetti with meat sauce for lunch. For a drink, I had Canada Dry ginger ale.

For dinner, I had 2/3 of my crispy chicken salad from Braum’s (Boomer had the other 1/3). I had regular six ounces cottage cheese, eight ounces of lemonade, and five ounces of orange juice.

Today, I walked Boomer for around 1 hour and 5 minutes around the neighborhood.
