Day 53: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today is Sunday. Generally, I weigh myself on Sundays, the beginning of the week. I weighed myself. And, I weighed 263.2 pounds.

I had eight ounces of green Jasmine tea, 2/3 cups of Frosted Flakes, and a chicken melt for a late-night snack.

For my main meal, I had two pieces of fried catfish, three hushpuppies, four deviled eggs, one corn on the cobb, ΒΌ serving of French fries, six slices of cucumber, and 2/3 cups of cole slaw. For dessert, I had a medium banana, cup of watermelon, fresh fruit, and a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie.

I exercised two times today. I walked Boomer for twenty minutes, and I exercised with my cousin for 30 minutes at my grandparents’ house. I also did some house cleaning for ten minutes.
