Day 58: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had an orange for breakfast. I had a fantastic dinner from Swadley’s Barbecue. I had two ounces of macaroni and cheese, four Hawaiian rolls, a chopped barbecue sandwich, Canada Dry ginger ale to drink. For snacks, I had five ounces of orange juice, and sunflower seeds. I walked three times today.

I walked Boomer for a total of one hour and thirty-four minutes. And, I walked around my grandparents’ house for 29 minutes.
