Day 59: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I went to the beautician and got my hair done. Afterwards, I ate a banana at my grandparents’ house.

For lunch and dinner, I had a ham and turkey sandwich with provolone cheese, macaroni and cheese, sweet and spicy pickles, and a Hawaiian roll. For the drink, I had Canada Dry ginger ale soda. For dessert, I had three peanut butter cups (Note: They were stale. So, I am not eating anymore). I also had a small chicken melt when I got home as well as sunflower seeds, and low-calorie fruit punch (Crystal Light).

Today, I walked at my grandparents’ house for twenty-eight minutes for 2.3 miles.
