Early this morning, I had a protein bar for breakfast. I did a little fasting. And, later in the day, I had dinner.
Before dinner, I had nine pecans and a slice of provolone cheese. For dinner, I had mustard greens, green beans, fruit salad, a wiener frank, a can of Canada Dry Ginger Ale, macaroni salad, and corn bread. For snacks, I had some sunflower seeds and low-calorie Crystal Light lemonade.
I walked Boomer for an hour and five minutes. And, I walked at my grandparents’ house for twenty-nine minutes.
