Day 62: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had four ounces of orange juice. I combined lunch and dinner. I had a half polish sausage, a beef frank, Canada Dry ginger ale soda, macaroni salad, ¼ cup of mustard greens, ¼ cup of green beans. Five macadamia nut cookies, sunflower seeds, and potato chips. I also had water. For snacks, I had a cup of Greek yogurt.

I walked Boomer for one hour and three minutes in the evening. And, during lunch, I walked Boomer for thirteen minutes.
