Day 63: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had four teaspoons of Greek yogurt. For dinner, we had a “fishy” treat. I had two salmon croquettes, ginger ale soda, a baked potato with ranch dressing, bacon bits, shredded cheese, fresh tomatoes, and onions. The downside is that I had four medium chocolate chip cookies. Later, I had low-calorie lemonade (five calories).

I walked Boomer twice today. I walked him thirteen minutes during lunch. And, I walked him one hour and five minutes in the evening.
