Day 64: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had ten teaspoons of Greek yogurt. I had to run some errands after work. I went to the store and got a Southwest Grilled Chicken salad from Walmart for almost six dollars. I had that for dinner with a little blue cheese dressing. And, I had Wild Cherry sparkling water (32 ounces). I also had a protein bar, two cups of baked Goldfish cheddar crackers, and lemon lime soda for a snack.

I exercised today with Boomer, during lunch for fifteen minutes during lunch. And, I walked him for an hour during the evening.
