Day 65: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had Goldfish cheddar crackers, about 2/3 servings. And, I had a Pure Protein bar.

For lunch, I had Greek yogurt (3 teaspoons) and a medium orange.

For dinner, I had half a “taco” salad with ranch dressing, one ounce of tuna salad, saltine crackers. Six cookies (two chocolate chip, and four milk chocolate macadamia nut). Eight bite sized Tostitos tortilla chips, a can of Canada Dry ginger ale, and a few French fries.

Tonight, I also had one and one-fourth serving of Goldfish cheddar crackers.

I walked Boomer during lunch for eighteen minutes.

Today, I went over my allotted calories. I need to figure out how not to binge on cookies.
