Day 66: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had a Pure Protein bar and Goldfish cheddar crackers for breakfast. For snack, I had a small yogurt twist on a waffle cone.

For dinner, I had a shrimp broil from Pier 88 with corn on the cob and a small potato. The broil bag contained a half of a pound of shrimp. I also had coconut cream pie. For snack, I needed protein. So, I had low fat peach yogurt and a protein bar.

This afternoon, I walked Boomer for an hour and fifteen minutes.
