Day 68: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had a Birthday Cake Pure Protein bar and a low-fat strawberry banana yogurt from Braum’s. For lunch, I had a little cottage cheese, and two ounces of a green shake. For dinner, I had a can of Canada Dry ginger ale to drink, two cups of light banana pudding, a hamburger, three red grapes, a little macaroni and cheese, and a half a cup of sweet corn.

Today, I walked Boomer twice. One time at lunch for fifteen minutes. And, after dinner for an hour.
