Day 69: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today is the second day of June. This morning, I went overboard with the protein bars by having three Birthday Cake Pure Protein bars for breakfast. For lunch, I had five teaspoons of cottage cheese, 1/8 cups of Greek yogurt, 1 ½ servings of meatloaf and cornbread. For dinner, I had macaroni and cheese, Canada Dry Ginger ale soda, wild salmon filet, cabbage with andouille sausage, and a banana.

I walked Boomer twice, once during lunch for 17 minutes, and another time for one hour and five minutes in the evening. I had 4 ½ cups of Goldfish crackers for a snack. Need to reduce my cravings. I went over my calories by 250 calories.

My weight recorded is 272.9 pounds. Thanks for reading.
