Day 70: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today is hump day! This morning for breakfast, I had one protein bar and two cups of water. For lunch, I had cottage cheese (4% Great Value) and 1/8 cups of Greek yogurt (nonfat) as a snack. For lunch, I had an iceberg salad with blue cheese dressing. For the drink of the day, I had Great Value Blackberry Lemonade (Sugar Free).

My aunt gave me an Avo-Cobb Salad from Red Robin. The salad tasted delicious. I had honey mustard poppyseed dressing. Although, I may try the blue cheese dressing next time. For a snack, I had goldfish crackers for 150 calories. And, I had three ounces of Green Goodness smoothie as a snack, too.

Walking wise, I walked with the Boomer for fifteen minutes during lunch. I house cleaned after work for fifteen minutes. And, later, I walked Boomer around the block for ten minutes. Thanks for reading. – JJ
