I can’t believe it has been seventy-one days since I started changing my life for the better. The road has been tough. I have been taking things one day at a time.
Sweets are generally my downfall. I had several sweets today, as my body was craving protein. I had cookie dough, about one and a half cups of goldfish crackers, and a Pure Protein Birthday Cake bar.
For dinner, we had breakfast food. I had two macadamia nut cookies, a banana, pancakes, bacon, and syrup, along with scrambled eggs.
Today, I walked Boomer for 17 minutes at lunch. And, later on about an hour in the neighborhood.
