For breakfast, I had four teaspoons of cottage cheese and a banana.
For dinner, I had a ham, turkey, and cheese sandwich with 18 pieces of barbecue chips. I had sweet and spicy pickles for my side. For dessert, I had a chocolate Bourbon chocolate pie. As my snack, I had a Bolthouse green goodness (six ounces) smoothie, sunflower seeds, creamy peanut butter, and Greek yogurt.
Today, I walked Boomer for an hour and ten minutes (70 minutes). I also did house cleaning for seventy minutes.
