Day 76: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had a half cup of cottage cheese (4% milk fat). For dinner, I had a can of Canada Dry ginger ale, and a chocolate chip cookie. I also had chicken tacos with barbecue baked beans.

For my snacks, I had cranberry juice (eight fluid ounces), 15 red grapes, sunflower seeds, and peach Greek yogurt.

I walked Boomer during lunch for 19 minutes. I walked at my grandparents’ house for 28 minutes around the neighborhood. And, I walked Boomer for 25 minutes around the neighborhood during the evening.
