Day 77: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had one four cups of 4% cottage cheese. For dinner, I had spaghetti with meat sauce, three ounces of summer sausage, one slice of provolone cheese, ginger ale, and one tablespoon of blue cheese dressing. For dessert, I had a chocolate chip cookie.

During lunch, I walked Boomer for 15 minutes. I walked Boomer in the evening for an hour and fifteen minutes.
