I can’t believe my weight loss journey is 78 days old. For breakfast, I had four tablespoons of 4% milkfat Great Value cottage cheese as well as a mixture of Crystal Light blackberry lemonade and water.
For lunch, I had a half cup of tuna salad with ten saltine crackers, Sprite (12 ounces), and a black cherry low-fat yogurt.
For dinner, I had a crispy chicken salad with ranch dressing from Braum’s. And, a small yogurt twist on a waffle cone. I also had non-fat cottage cheese for dinner.
Today, I walked Boomer during lunch for 15 minutes. And, after work for 30 minutes. I did a bit of housecleaning for 25 minutes.
