Day 79: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had a strawberry banana low fat yogurt. For dinner, I had macaroni and cheese, Canada Dry ginger ale soda, sweet rolls, chopped barbecue brisket sandwich from Swadley’s Barbecue and a chocolate chip cookie.

For a snack, I had a half cup of 4% milk fat cottage cheese, cherry pomegranate Crystal Light with water, and sunflower seeds. I walked Boomer for 17 minutes during lunch.

Today, I weighed myself, and I weighed 274 pounds.
