Day 80: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had black cherry Greek yogurt from Braum’s and apple cranberry juice (eight ounces).

For dinner, I had Crystal Light blackberry lemonade, three ounces of macaroni and cheese, two sweet rolls, salmon, and nine pecans. I also had an eight package of barbecue chips and ginger ale soda. For snacks, I had two white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, fifteen red grapes, five teaspoons of nonfat Greek yogurt, an eighth cup of sunflower seeds.

I walked Boomer for fifty minutes around the neighborhood.
